Focus: Getting comfortable on the ice

Intro to backward skating (2-foot glide)

Focus: One-foot balance + smoother movement

Complex turns (mohawks, multi-turns)

Rotational and toe-assisted jumps

- Advanced Power Skating -
Focus: Balance, Control, Agility, Power & Speed

Advanced skating training for hockey/ringette players who already know the basics and want speed, power, and game-ready skills.
​
(must have completed minimum Canskate 4)
- Star 1 to 5 (Jr/Int) -
STAR 1-5 curriculum is Canada’s premier figure skating program. It lays the groundwork for future champions in singles, pairs, ice dance, and synchronized skating by introducing participants to all the figure skating essentials.
- Star 5+ (Senior) -
STAR 6-Gold is an assessment and event framework program designed for skaters who have completed the STAR 1-5 curriculum. It pushes your skills to the next level, building on what you’ve already learned while introducing exciting advanced figure skating elements.
